Invest in local business
This first post is about an economic theory that we will be pushing through out this next year. Small business is what makes any economy grow. We look at a Wal Mart, buy the stocks, shop in huge aisles filled with a variety of bulk items, but when we are done all we contribute is to paying low wages in our community. The revenue, the profits, the return on investment goes off into some other state.
It’s hard to shop locally. There are few local businesses and they are far away from us. We are going to try to fix that.
