Lennox Scott has done a lot to advance Real Estate technology in Seattle. In my opinion he has been at the fore front of web based Real Estate searches and promotional products. We have a lot of internet Real Estate business models here, but the combination of offices with internet search has been a challenge.

Now it’s an investment that will need to pay off. It’s a difficult market place to compete in. Venture capital poured into on line brokerage, but as near as I can figure Lennox paid for his technology as he went. In my opinion it is the most workable of all the internet models.
First, the search function of the web site is fast, concise, and innovative. Then the best part is that you can ask for the help of an actual in office agent.
