Fun and interesting to Google your own name and find references that you had never heard of. This old buyer’s agent of the ’80′s and so on is happily retired, due to a tolerant wife and ten dogs that tell me they love me (but it is always when it’s feeding time, so I am not sure I can trust them). Now in North Carolina where they should enter the twentieth century any day now. You guys in Seattle should be overjoyed that your market has held up so well. We own five houses here where they are cheap to buy but impossible to sell, which is keeping us from returning to the more enlightened West. Best wishes, Jim
